Definition of Norris, Frank
(1870–1902), US journalist and writer; full name Benjamin Franklin Norris, Jr. His fiction includes McTeague: A Story of San Francisco (1899) and The Octopus (1901). His unfinished trilogy Epic of Wheat documents the history of muckraking.
