Definition of Deighton, Len
(1929-), English writer; full name Leonard Cyril Deighton. Several of his spy thrillers have been adapted as movies and for television. Notable works: The Ipcress File (1962) and the trilogy Berlin Game, Mexico Set, and London Match (1983–85).
