Definition of Lloyd Webber, Andrew
Baron Lloyd-Webber of Sydmonton (b.1948), English composer. His many successful musicals, several of them written in collaboration with the lyricist Sir Tim Rice, include Jesus Christ Superstar (1970), Cats (1981), and The Phantom of the Opera (1986).
