Definition of Flynn, Errol
(1909–59), Australian-born American actor; born Leslie Thomas Flynn. He was best known for his roles as the swashbuckling hero of romantic costume dramas in films such as Captain Blood (1935) and The Adventures of Robin Hood (1938).
