  • Baroness Blixen-Finecke (1885–1962), Danish novelist and short-story writer; born Karen Dinesen; also known by the pseudonym of Isak Dinesen. She is best known for Seven Gothic Tales (1934) and her autobiography Out of Africa (1937), which was made into a movie in 1985.
